Cite in Google Docs

- Get the RefWorks add-on for Google Docs to cite as you write.
- After installing the add-on, open your Google Doc, find the Add-ons menu, and select ProQuest RefWorks and then click Manage citations to open the RefWorks sidebar.
- To select the citation style you want, click the gear icon in the RefWorks sidebar and select Change citation style.
- Begin typing your text, and when you’re ready to insert a citation, find it using the RefWorks sidebar and click the Cite this button. It will insert both the in-text citation and the formatted citation in your bibliography.
