In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn about our personal data, how it is collected, and its potential uses
  • Reflect on how these practices impact our personal lives and society as a whole
  • Discuss how we can make informed, intentional choices to safeguard our privacy

  • Apply a growth mindset to critically examine your digital footprint
  • Develop a Personal Data Integrity Plan

  • Learn about how our digital practices impact our personal wellbeing, including relationships, mental health, & professional aspirations
  • Develop a Digital Wellness Wheel to align habits & goals
