Located in Thun 105, Thun Library Makerspace provides access to space, equipment, and staff dedicated to helping Penn State Berks students, faculty, and staff explore their creativity through hands-on experiences with maker technology.

Makerspace resources are not to be used for commercial purposes or to endorse a political candidate/event.

To ensure 3D prints are completed by the end of the semester, all 3D print requests must be submitted by the following deadlines:
Personal Prints: Monday, December 1
Academic Prints: Monday, December 8
On the day of your appointment, makerspace staff will be in Thun 105 to greet you! If you are new to the space, someone at the service desk can assist you in finding us.
Upon your arrival, we will give you a tour of the makerspace and introduce you to the equipment and materials you will need to start your project. Makerspace staff will also be available for support throughout your appointment.
Supplies and materials are free to use in the makerspace. For larger projects or bulk items, equipment is free to use but we kindly ask that you bring your own materials. Nothing made in the makerspace can be sold.
