Include the database name if the content is available only through that database. If the content will be updated over time, include a retrieval date.
Note: Citations with more than one line of text should have a hanging indent of 1/2 inch or 5 spaces.
Include a report number, if given, in parentheses after the title. Because the reports are updated over time, include a retrieval date.
