What is Deaf Culture?  According to the author, Crom Saunders:  "Deaf Culture is the cultural lens through which the shared experience of American Deaf people is viewed—as a set of learned behaviors and perceptions of a group of people who are deaf and who have their own language (American Sign Language), values, rules, and traditions."
