Many guides from libraries across the country are devoted to providing information on redlining and other related forms of housing discrimination. A few samples are listed here.   Some provide links to open resources, subscription resources, and some to licensed resources within the institution that provided the guide. When this is the case you will need to search for resources at with the Penn State Libraries for our own copies or these materials or request materials through Interlibrary Loan.
