All PA residents are eligible for a Free Library of Philadelphia library card that grants remote access to GrantSelect and ReferenceSolutions and in-library access to DonorSearch, Foundation Directory, and GuideStar.
All PA residents are also eligible for a Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh library card that grants remote access to ReferenceSolutions and in-library access to Foundation Directory and GuideStar. PA residents living outside of Allegheny County will need to visit an Allegheny County library within 30 days to verify their information.
