Identify and Monitor Risks

Items to consider:

  1. Staff/team members
  2. Software access and renewals (availability of software)
  3. Preservation of Data integrity/ avoidance of data corruption
  4. Stability of where files are stored

Communication During Map Project

Items to consider:

  1. How will you communicate with team members? Advisors/group member on status of map/project? Screenshots/ArcMap document, different versions
  2. Log of Processing steps
  3. Log of tasks completed
  4. Documentation of changes with impact to time, resources, and other constraints
