Dust Jackets for 1984 by George OrwellWelcome to the library guide for ENGL 191:  Science Fiction.  This guide has been developed to help students succeed in Dr. Eric Bliman's course, which introduces students to the history of science fiction as a way of "exploring both the microcosm and the macrocosm, mapping a species imagining themselves into the future."  It is offered as a starting point and should be used in conjunction with other library research guides, which are listed in the box below.
