To identify a culture for your project, and find background information on that culture, use the resources listed below.

Once you have identified a culture for this project. You can use the following resources to find more detailed information and choose a plant important to their culture.

Book's from the library's collection would be a great source on detailed information about your culture. When searching for titles, try your culture's name as a keyword and maybe add the following terms:

  • Agriculture
  • Ethnobotany
  • Plants
  • Medicine
  • Indigenous Peoples - Ecology
