Matthew Ciszek is the Director of the John M. Lilley Library at Penn State Behrend. I've worked for the Penn State University Libraries for more than 10 years. My research interests include LGBTQ issues in academic libraries, diversity in higher education, marketing and promotion in libraries, library leadership and administration, and collection development and assessment.
