The Office Delivery service allows faculty, staff, and graduate students at University Park to request delivery of materials to their departmental address via campus mail. Please note: you must provide a University Park campus address to use this service.
Our World Campus & Distance Researchers service allows the following individuals to request delivery of materials to their home addresses:
You must have a My Library Account and an ILLiad account to borrow materials. Please remember to keep a current address in ILLiad and in your PSU account. We use both accounts to verify your information. Choose World Campus as your pickup location when ordering materials.
Please note: Items can only be mailed to addresses in the United States. Please contact us if you live outside of the United States and require assistance to obtain materials.
New fall 2024:
Effective October 2024, we are able to offer physical delivery services to military service members with APO/FPO addresses via the US Postal Service. Contact us at ul-illiad-support@psu.edu if you have questions about the new service.
In the University Libraries catalog, when you have found an item you are looking for, select the blue I want it button.
If you are requesting an item to be delivered to your office, select University Park Faculty/Staff/Graduate Student Office Delivery as your pickup location.
If you are requesting an item to be delivered to your home address, select World Campus as your pickup location.
To have interlibrary loan and EZBorrow materials delivered to you, you will need to update your ILLiad profile.
To update your profile, log in to your Interlibrary Loan account. In the top menu, click Profile, and select Update ILLiad Profile.
On the Update Profile screen, select your preferred delivery location, UP Office Delivery or World Campus & Distance Ed. Add your address (campus address for office delivery, street address for world campus) to the Address Information fields.
Click Submit Information to save your changes.
