Tracking Requested Items

Curious about what's happening with your requests? You can track them in your ILLiad account. Once you've logged in to ILLiad, scroll down to your Outstanding Requests.

Click the Details button to view more information. On the Request Information page, scroll down to the Tracking area.

Here you will see the step-by-step details for your request, including the date and time you submitted the request. If you see Item Ordered in the tracking information, and a due date on the request, this indicates that a lending library has shipped your item. If you have questions about the status of your request, please contact the Interlibrary Loan team.

Updating your ILLiad Profile

To ensure that items are delivered to you at the correct location, you can edit your ILLiad profile. Log in to ILLiad, and in the top menu, click Profile. Select Update ILLiad Profile from the drop-down menu.

On the Update Profile page, you can update your email address, preferred loan pickup location, address information, and notification preferences. When you are finished editing your information, click the Submit Information button.
