Accepted proposals will receive ONE free poster print so long as the completed poster, in the correct format, is received by the March 29 deadline.

• Posters not received by the due date will not be printed by the University Libraries, and any costs associated printing will become the responsibility of the student
• Only one free print will be provided. Proof read carefully prior to submission.
• Posters may not exceed 36"H x 44"W
• Posters must be in PDF format
• A submission link will be provided to accepted posters in late March.
