Who can participate?

Any current Penn State Harrisburg Student, undergraduate or graduate, is welcome to participate. You must submit an abstract (250 words or less) and contact information by the forthcoming submission deadline in order to be considered for participation in the Exhibition on April 15. Selected students must submit a file of their completed poster by the forthcoming printing deadline in order to receive a free poster print. Posters not received by the deadline will need to be printed at the presenter's expense. Groups of students may participate, but any monetary awards will be given to the first listed author. It is the responsibility of the group to determine an equitable division of the prize. All prize winners will receive an individual certificate of award.

What are the prizes?

Monetary prizes will be awarded to the top posters presented by undergraduate and graduate students.

Is this the same as the University Undergraduate Exhibition? Can I present my poster in both places?

No, it is not the same as the University Undergraduate Exhibition, but many of our processes are the same.

You can present your poster at both exhibitions, but you must apply to each exhibition separately in order to participate in each. Application information for the University Undergraduate Exhibition is available here. Penn State Harrisburg Library will permit students to exhibit the same project they may also present at the University Undergraduate Exhibition at the Harrisburg Research Poster Exhibition.
