Federal Agency documents can be found on the agency's website. Look for a link to the agency's list of Publications. These documents may include annual reports, budgets, regulatory background information, etc., as well as the regulations for the Federal Code titles for which they are responsible.
As a Federal Depository Library, the Penn State Libraries receives materials distributed by Government Publishing Office through the Federal Depository Library Program. Use the agency name as a search term to find their documents in the Libraries and online.

Despite its name, Congressional (from Proquest) also indexes Executive Branch Documents from 1789-1932. USE THE ADVANCED SEARCH to limit your search to these publications. There is an accompanying microfiche collection.
Congressional provides access to the best web resources for congressional and legislative information. This includes services available to Penn State Users only, such as Congressional Universe (1789-to date) as well as other free services that provide similar or related information such as Thomas (1993-to date) and GPO Access (1993-to date).
