Turning on ArcGIS Pro Extensions on Public Computers

From the screen seen for Licensing, click configure your licensing options. A licensing screen will pop-up. This screen took a bit to fully populate. 

Checkmark desired license.

Use with working with raster data for creating new surfaces, suitability analysis, overlay analysis, and least-cost path analysis. Provides analysis options for use with elevation models.
