Welcome to Check It Out! Penn State Abington Fall Reading Challenge. Celebrate reading, earn prizes, and learn about library collections while connecting with other Abington students. Here's how it works:

• Signing up: Sign up using the form below. You can sign up any time in the semester, but if you sign up by September 9th, you will receive a free Penn State University Libraries beanie hat. Just show your confirmation email to staff at the front desk of the library to pick up your hat. 
• Participating: When you finish a book, use the "Log Your Reading" tab on the left to tell us about it. Any book you log between Monday, September 9th and Monday, January 13th will count towards the challenge.
• Raffle: You earn one virtual raffle ticket for each book you read. There are also two ways to earn bonus tickets. 1) Write a review of your book. 2) Check out a book from a featured library collection (see the "Featured Collections" tab). At the end of the challenge, we will draw randomly from the raffle pool for 5 mystery prizes. The more you read, the higher your chance of winning!
• Staying connected: You will receive regular emails reminding you to log books, featuring library collections, and connecting you to other readers.
